Get booking price

GET 
/api/booking/price

Gets the price details for a specific booking configuration. When the commercial agreement splits the daily rate by VDR coverage brackets, each rental line of PriceItems also carries AppliedCoverageBrackets: the day ranges that line covers and the part of its Price that belongs to each one. The payer is the one of the line. Lines that were not priced by coverage brackets omit the property, and the totals are the same either way.
