Update customer price agreement
PATCH/api/customer/:customerId/priceagreement
This endpoint supports both numeric customer IDs and global IDs. It only changes the customer's price agreement; every other customer field remains unchanged. Sending a null PriceAgreementId (or omitting it) unassigns the customer's current price agreement. A comment is added to the customer's record registering the previous and the new price agreement. Requires the price agreements feature to be enabled for the tenant and the CanUsePriceAgreements permission.
