Retrieves commercial agreements for an agency
GET/api/CommercialAgreements
The response includes the following information for each commercial agreement:
- Agreement ID and code
- Agreement name and description
- Validity period (start and end dates)
- Discount rate
- Active status
- Associated branch offices
- Associated agencies
