Get commercial agreement by code

GET 
/api/CommercialAgreements/by-code

The code travels in the query string (not in the path) so codes containing URL-unsafe characters (e.g. '%') can be looked up without hitting IIS request filtering (double-escape) on the path. The response includes VDR CoverageBrackets with inclusive 1-based day ranges; an open range has no end day.
